Little things amounting last week
Little things made up the entirety of last week:
Housemates coming home loud and drunk on weeknights, waking me up & being non-apologetic when I had to be up for work at 5am. Made me very sour & upset.
Picking up a couple of hard-working clients. Good on the books!
Valentines day spread out over Tuesday & Wednesday night.
Eating carbs on Wednesday & Thursday played with my...

I just wanted to let you know over the years I have had many Personal Trainers...
– One of my clients added this to the end of an email she sent me, and I felt truly blessed.
This weekend I’m off to Caloundra for 2 nights and 2 days. Hopefully they’re filled with sun, swimming, activity & relaxation, but we all know, when you’re running your own business, that your mind never sleeps, so sadly I will have to take my laptop to do some paperwork as there are programs to write, documents to be drawn up as I start my partnership with another PT to...
I think I just love escaping to my man’s house each weekend. It’s like a mini-getaway. I get meals cooked for me and cups of tea whenever I request (sometimes I don’t have to request, because my mind is read!), great sleep-ins, tennis court, swimming pool, lots of head/back/arm/belly massages and there is no need to be constantly up & go-ing because we’re both in...

Cleanse diary
So I started my 7-day cleanse yesterday (or until my medical foods run out). Here is what I’m doing specifically each day. Let me elaborate to make your reading more entertaining”
Meal 1
2 x tbs greens/reds - this stuff tasted like grass in powder form & is the colour of dark green monster boogers
1 x tbs fiber or flax hulls - think of a HomeBrand generic grain breakfast...
New goal
After an 8-week intense training and nutrition regime (okay, it wasn’t that intense, I just cleaned it up!) resulting in a photoshoot which I am very happy about, I am struggling to find a new goal to work towards.
It has been nearly 2 weeks since the shoot, and I’ve relaxed and indulged, so now it’s time to find a new one. I’ve been speaking with a female PT who reckons I...
I’ve found a man that understands why I don’t drink, a man that I can hit the gym with and actually do a good workout with, a man that cooks excellent healthy meals, a man that doesn’t snore, a man that always holds me during the night, a man that can drive safely yet quickly, a man that can suit up, a man that makes me deliriously hysterical, a man that can give me a legit...
I’ve always known my body to be sensitive. If I eat wheat or gluten, it’s not good news. When I drink alcohol, my skin gets fucked and my sleep is extremely disturbed. If I eat cheese other than small, good quality portions, my stomach is upset.
So what happens when I’m having a lot of sex, some rough, some nice, and then rolling around in our success afterwards? What happens...
I just don’t know if it’s a silly question to ask at this point:
So when I introduce you, or I’m trying to give myself a sense of security, are you my boyfriend? Do you want to be?
My type of relationship.
I love being in the type of relationship where you’re so comfortable around each other you don’t feel awkward doing anything. You can be weird and lame together, act like the best of friends and the happiest of couples. A relationship where you can call each other names and pick on each other and laugh it off and hug it out right after. A relationship where you can just be yourself and not have...
6 days of fasting SUCKED.
To keep my training up and progressing my trainer is sending me some new material for the next 8 days to get my body photoshoot ready.
Thank fuck.
People do stupid shit when they're drunk
Like a “long time coming” hookup (only) with onlookers. I just offered to stop working at the Northy B until Fringe opens, to keep the peace between the girls there.
To be fair, it was a mutual error on both our hands. Oops.

Intermittent fasting has been proven to decrease skin-fold measurements rapidly, at the same time ensuring that your body does not go into a sever ‘starvation’ mode which can lead to weight fluctuations later on.
The solids and dehydration is taken up by supermodels before a runway show. This is an extremely downsized version of that (supermodels usually do 9 days).
From January 2nd...
Fringe Benefits
So about a week ago it was ‘official’ that the boys are re-opening Fringe Bar (on Oxford St) under their very capable hands.
You’re also looking at the new resident DJ. Who just did a midday 40-minute mix of house/cave rave/ripping/bangers with the likes of Jack Beats, Wolfgang Gartner, Jason Sundstrom, Herve, Kidda, Harvard Bass, Renaissance Man and Solo. It was ripping like...

Exactly. You should have your goal final date just after new years. For example, my goal has a closing date of January 14th, and has been going for just over 8 weeks, and it really kept me on track over the Christmas period.

All part of the circle of life. I was mainly referring to sweating though (you know the expression “sweat out pure alcohol”). Although yes, it does help with, ‘digestion’ to help things to get ‘moving’.
